Voices depends on both public policy partners and members to advance sound policy that benefit Ohio's children and their families. To unleash the potential of this statewide network, Voices must strengthen efforts with local advocates to deepen relationships and commitment to actively participate and coordinate their efforts with Voices. In order to enhance the lives of children through the creation or continuation of effective public policy, it is essential that Voices collaborates with others in order to make the voice for children loud, strong, powerful and far-reaching. You are key to our success. Voices and Ohio’s Children need your participation.

Members are grassroots advocates. They help Voices inform policymakers of the urgency in investing in kids. Their financial contribution supports the work of  Voices. Through membership in Raise Your Voice for Kids, we engage and mobilize large numbers of advocates while increasing Voices financial resources.

Public Policy Partners

Voices depends on Public Policy Partners to develop and advance sound policies to benefit Ohio’s children and their families. Public Policy Partners enhance Voices’ knowledge base with their policy depth, content expertise and experience working with children’s issues. Child-serving agencies, faith-based organizations, health care institutions, physicians, corporations and individuals that care about and advocate for improving the well-being of children are eligible to become public policy partners. Partners are recruited for their expertise, contacts and networks. Public Policy Partners support and help implement the Voices’ advocacy agenda. Voices’ partners are local, regional and statewide advocates for children.
